SAŽETAK:
Uvod: Kardiovaskularni faktori rizika uzrokuju aterosklerotične bolesti i često
koegzistiraju sa patogenezom venskog tromboembolizma.
Cilj rada: Utvrditi prosječnu starost,spol i pušački status ispitanika.Utvrditi faktore rizika PTE na ukupnom uzorku.Utvrditi faktore rizika koji su prediktori ateroskleroze ,a značajni u patogenezi plućne tromboembolije.
Ispitanici i metode: Klinička retro-prospektivna studija provedena na ispitanicima Kantonalne bolnice Zenica, Internog odjela.Uzorak sačinjava 80 ispitanika sa simptomima koji su prilikom prijema u bolnicu ukazivali na PTE. Određivani su D-dimeri i rađen CT torakalnih organa. Uzorak je podijeljen u dvije grupe .Prva grupa od 40 ispitanika sa CT dokazanom PTE i druga kontrolna od 40 ispitanika gdje CT-om nije dokazana PTE. Dobiveni podaci su statistički obrađeni u smislu procjene udruženosti faktora
rizika ateroskleroze i DVT, koristeći nalaz CT-a kao zlatni standard .
Rezultati: Prosječna starost ispitanika obuhvaćenih ovim istraživanjem je iznosila 59.83±15.40 godina (21-84). Od ukupnog broja ispitanika kontrolne skupine 19 (47.5%) je bilo muškog, a 21(52.5%) ženskog spola. U ispitivanoj skupini broj ispitanika muškog spola je 17 (42.5%), a ženskog 23(57.5%). U ispitivanoj skupini je bilo više pušača 37(92,75%),dok je nepušača bilo 3 ispitanika(7,25%). Upalni markeri: CRP i fibrinogen su statistički značajno povećani u ispitivanoj grupi.Vrijednosti holesterola, triglicerida i holesterola niske gustoće,gojaznost su povećani u ispitivanoj grupi.Venska tromboza i edem ekstremiteta i operativni zahvati su najučestaliji kod ispitanika po CT-u dokazanom plućnom tromboembolijom.
Zaključci: Kardiovaskularni faktori rizika mogu biti uključeni u patogenezu VTE. Pacijenti s venskim tromboembolizmom mogu imati povećan rizik od asimptomatske i simptomatske ateroskleroze.
