INTERCEREBRAL HEMOGRAPHY WITH HEMATOCEPHALUS - OUTCOME AND COMPLICATIONS

Sažetak: Uvod: Slučajevi intracerebralne hemoragije, bilo da je ona nastala spontalno ili usljed traume, a bila je komplikovana prodorom krvi u komorni sistem mozga, do unazad desetak godina je smatrana za beznadežnu, skoro neizlječivu. Pojava ventrikularne drenaže likvora i mjerenje intrakranijalnog pritiska dalo je nadu za bolje terapijske rezultate kod ovih pacijenata.

 

Cilj: Utvrditi etiološki uzrok krvarenja, starosnu i polnu strukturu, ishod liječenja, učestalost intravetrikularnih hemoragija te prikazati rezultate prvih iskustava kod pacijenata gdje je rađena eksterna drenaža likvora.

 

Metodologija: Istraživanje smo proveli na našem kliničkim materijalu na osnovu retrospektivnih podataka. Obrađeni podaci su prikazani grafički i deskriptivno.

 

Rezultati: Iako je riječ o jednom od najtežih stanja u medicini, podaci koje smo dobili su ohrabrujući i daju novu nadu za ovakve pacijente.
