UTICAJ TJELESNE TEŽINE NA TEŽINU OPSTRUKTIVNE APNEJE U SNU

 

IMPACT OF BODY WEIGHT ON THE SEVERITY OF OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA

Sažetak : Opstruktivna apneja u spavanju (OSA) se karakteriše ponavljanim prekidima disanja u spavanju koji su uzrokovani potpunim (apneja) i djelimičnim (hipopneja) kolapsom disajnih puteva.

Cilj rada je utvrditi uticaj tjelesne težine, mjerene BMI (body mass index) na težinu opstruktivne apneje u snu, mjerene AHI indeksom.

Istraživanje je provedeno od 01.03.2022. do 28.02.2023. godine kao studija presjeka. U istraživanje je uključen 50 pacijenata kojima je dijagnostikovana apneja u spavanju.

Pacijenti su podijeljeni u grupe prema BMI 25-29,9, 30-39,9 i preko 40. Prosječan AHI je bio 28,39; 48,73 i 65,73 po grupama a prosječan SpO2 92,62 % u prvoj grupi, 89,0 % u drugoj i 82,12 % u trećoj grupi.

Težina opstruktivne apneje u spavanju je teža sa porastom tjelesne težine, a ogleda se u višim vrijednostima AHI indeksa i nižim vrijednostima prosječne saturacije oksihemoglobina.
